Playable Races
The Confessor can be played as ELKEN, HIGH-ELF and NETHARI.
Attributes
Attributes are pretty straight forward in Crowfall. Your Primary Attributes in Crowfall are STRENGTH, DEXTERITY, INTELLECT, SPIRIT and CONSTITUTION.
If you are building a character that is focusing on DAMAGE, the secondary stat you want to push as high as possible is ATTACK POWER (AP). For the CONFESSOR Attack Power is increased by INTELLECT. 1 Attribute Point gives you 2 AP.
Here are the most important secondary stats and by which ATTRIBUTES they are influenced:
STRENGTH: Damage Bonus.
DEXTERITY: Critical Strike Chance, Critical Healing Chance and Physical Resistances (Crushing, Piercing, Slashing) and Bleed Resistances.
INTELLECT: Critical Hit Damage, Critical Heal Amount and Healing Bonus.
SPIRIT: Each Point of Spirit gives you 4 Support Power, which is the primary stat for Healers. It also increases your Elemental Resistances (Electricity, Fire, Ice)
CONSTITUTION: Each point of CON grants you 20 HP. It also influences Organic resistances (Disease, Nature, Poison)

Promotion Classes
Fanatic
A Ranged Damage Dealer. This promotion class emphazises damage, you can gain extra basic attack damage after using Fervor, your fire tornadoes can hit the same target more times, your righteousness procs damage buffs, your singletarget stun combo doesn’t consume the debuff that explodes with damage anymore.
Your passive gives all your fire damage type powers a chance to apply severe burn to targets.
Sanctifier
A special promotion class, this turn your confessor into a melee Tank, that excels in close combat and still deals acceptable amount of damage. You’ll be able to retaliate more often, your Fervor increases your physical armor bonus, your condemnation heals you each time it hits, your righteousness also applies a barrier to you, your hellfire aura deals 50% more damage, and your tornadoes no longer consumes the aura.
You will be able to equip Mail/Plate armor, but you will also have your range reduced on your powers to 8m – but you get +20% damage.
This build will probably be really strong with the focus orbs, so you can keep your enemies close to you.
Inquisitor
This is a Crowd Control heavy promotion class. Your condemnation will slow enemies, you won’t consume Hellfire Shield/Aura when using your knock up/tornado combos, reduced cooldown on Fervor because it’s a mana heavy playstyle, your absolution always slows your target.
Your passive has a chance to trigger Cleansing Fire when dots are applied to you – cleansing all DoTs on you, while also healing you.
Additionally you also apply Elemental Vulnerability to targets with your basic attacks.
